Supporting Individuals Through Grief, Loss, and Life’s Unexpected Turns
You may be navigating the loss of someone you love, struggling with infertility or pregnancy loss, or adjusting to the reality of living with chronic illness or chronic pain. Experiences like these can feel deeply personal and isolating, especially when the world around you continues moving forward.
Many people continue showing up to work, school, relationships, and daily responsibilities while quietly carrying the emotional weight of what they are going through. From the outside, life may appear steady. Inside, you might feel exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.
I provide counselling for older teens and adults who are navigating grief, reproductive loss, chronic illness, anxiety, and significant life transitions. While much of my work focuses on supporting individuals through different forms of loss, I also work with clients who are feeling overwhelmed by the emotional challenges that can arise throughout life.
My goal is to create a space where you can speak openly about what you are experiencing without pressure to minimize your feelings or rush the healing process.
My Approach to Counselling
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in meeting you where you are.
In our work together, we take the time to understand what you are carrying and what support may feel most helpful for you right now. Therapy can offer space to process grief, navigate difficult emotions, develop practical coping strategies, and reconnect with a sense of clarity and balance.
Clients often share that they appreciate having a steady and supportive place to talk through what they are facing. Together, we work at a pace that feels comfortable while building tools that support your mental health and wellbeing both inside and outside of sessions.
• Understanding and navigating complex emotions
• Grief and bereavement
• Infertility and IVF
• Miscarriage and pregnancy loss
• Perinatal mental health
• Chronic illness and chronic pain
• Anxiety and stress
• Women’s mental health
• Major life transitions
I work collaboratively with clients to ensure therapy feels supportive, practical, and tailored to each individual’s unique experience.
