Who Individual Counselling Can Help

You don’t need to be in crisis to start counselling. Many clients come because they want to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful shifts in their lives.

Our Approach: Evidence-Informed & Relational

We integrate a range of approaches so therapy feels both safe and effective:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills

  • Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)

  • Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)

  • Attachment-based and relational approaches

  • Somatic and nervous-system awareness

  • Trauma-informed care

Session Length & Fees

  • 50-minute individual session: $150

  • Direct billing available to most major insurance providers

  • Out-of-pocket payments can be made by debit or credit at the time of your session

In-Person in Transcona & Virtual Across Manitoba

Individual counselling is available:

  • At our Winnipeg office in Transcona

  • Online across Manitoba through secure video

  • By phone for those who prefer audio-only sessions

Virtual sessions are as effective as in-person and offer flexibility for busy schedules, rural clients, or anyone who feels more comfortable at home.
