About Us
Connected Counselling is a community-centered therapy practice located in the heart of Transcona, Winnipeg. Rooted in connection and compassion, we provide a safe, zero-pressure space for individuals, couples, families, and youth to explore life’s challenges and strengthen emotional well-being.
Our mission is to make counselling approachable, accessible, and deeply human. We offer person-centred support that meets people where they are. We believe healing happens through connection: to self, to others, and to community.
Our team of counselling therapists brings together diverse training and perspectives to offer a range of evidence-based and holistic approaches. Together, we are committed to providing high-quality, inclusive care that supports lasting growth and meaningful change for every client who walks through our doors.
Meet The Founder

Karlee Kuz, MACP-Q, RSW
Social Worker/ Counsellor
Hello! I’m Karlee Kuz, Registered Social Worker and Founder of Connected Counselling.

Connected Counselling began as a small private practice rooted in my belief that meaningful change happens through genuine connection. What started as a single office space dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, and life transitions has now grown into a collaborative team of therapists serving individuals, couples, families, and youth across the community.

My vision for Connected Counselling has always been to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and understood; A place that brings together diverse therapeutic perspectives under one roof. Our practice reflects that vision: inclusive, trauma-informed, and grounded in both compassion and evidence-based care.

Before opening Connected Counselling, my educational background focused on child and youth developmental health and family violence, where I developed a deep understanding of how early experiences shape the nervous system and our emotional lives.

What began as a personal calling has grown into a connected community of therapists working toward the same goal — to foster healing through connection.
